  2. Take 400 g plain yogurt

  3. Prepare a pan and cook in an olive oil the garlic for 2 minutes just to infuse the flavor and let it cool down.
  4. For the sauce: mix the yogurt, chopped mint and coriander leaves along with the cooked garlic and drizzle of the olive oil. Season with salt and add it to your pasta.
  5. Serve it cold. 😙
