Instructions to make Dhal Vada Chaat:
Keep all ingredients ts ready.Grind soaked urad dhal, gram dhal, chilli, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, pepper, with little water to the paste.
Transe grinded paste to a bowl. Addd rice flour and cooking soda to the batter. Sqeeae lemon juice and put 2tsp of hot cooking oil, add dill leaves mix well.
Heat the oil and make vada shape from batter and deep fry in oil. Dhal vadas are ready.
Smash two dhal vadas in a plate, put chopped carrot, onion, tomato, coriander, sprinkle chat masala red chilli powder, salt, sqeeze lemon juice. Add 2tsp curd, sprinkle plane bhel over it. DHAL VADA CHAAT IS READY.
