  19. Get 1 cup water

  21. Get 400 gram cubes paneer
  22. Take 1/4 tbsp paneer grated
  23. Make ready 1/2 tbsp cream
  24. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
  25. Prepare coriander leaves finely
Steps to make Paneer lababdaar:
  1. In a pain add 1 cup water,tomato, clove, garlic, ginger, cashew and cardamom.
  2. Cook it 10 min at medium flame or when tomato cooked perfectly and cool down it at room temp after that make a smooth paste.
  3. Heat pan and add oil. - saute bay leaf, cinnamon and chilli until it turns aromatic after that add 1 onion and saute well until the onions turn golden brown.
  4. Keeping the flame on low add in prepared tomato puree and also add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until the oil is released from masala paste.
  6. Add 1 cup water or more how much you want to thick gravy and salt and add dry fenugreek leaves, mix well.
  7. After that add triangle shape paneer pieces and grated paneer. mix and cook well after that add cream and garam masala cook a min and off the flame.
  8. Garnish with cream and coriander. mix well. - paneer lababdar with roti or naan
