  5. Get 1 cup paneer cubes
  6. Take 1/2 cup cream
  7. Get 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
  8. Make ready 1 tablespoon chilli, ginger and garlic paste

  10. Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  11. Get 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon garam masala
  13. Take 1 handful coriander leaves
  14. Get 1 tablespoon cumin powder
Instructions to make Khoya kaju paneer sabzi:
  1. In a pan roast cashews and leave aside
  2. In a food processor add tomatoes, coriander,onion, cream, ginger, garlic,green chilli,kasoori methi, khoya and 1:4 cup cashews. Blitz it to a paste.
  3. In a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Once the oil is hot add the paste and let it cook for a minute. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin powder. Cover and let it cook for few minutes until the oil leaves sides. Add water if necessary.
  4. Add the cashews and paneer and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Serve in a dish and garnish.
