7. When covered marshmallows have set spoon coloured / plain chocolate over end of top marshmallow,to resemble hair / hat
8. With a cocktail stick or skewer mark facial details with dark chocolate and /or coloured icing.
9. With cocktail stick or skewer apply chocolate from reserved portion to mini beans and stick to front of snowman to resemble buttons.
10. It is easier to lay the completed snowmen on their backs to set at this point.
