  3. Heat oil in a fry, spoon batter into the hot oil, once golden brown remove on kitchen towels to drain any excess oil
  4. Alternatively, mix 2 tbsp oil, form small fritter balls, place in air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Serve with a hot cup of tea or iced tea and enjoy
