Creme Brulee is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Creme Brulee is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have creme brulee using 5 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Creme Brulee:
  1. Take 4 C Heavy Cream
  2. Take 2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
  3. Prepare 6 Egg Yolks
  4. Take 1/2 C Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 TBSP Sugar
Steps to make Creme Brulee:
  1. Add heavy cream to pot and stir on high heat until it becomes frothy (before a boil begins).
  2. Take from heat and add vanilla.
  3. Mix together in a separate bowl eggs and sugar.
  4. Add cream mix 1 cup at a time to the eggs and sugar mixture.
  5. In a cake pan, put 6 creme brulee cups in and carefully add HOT water to the cake pan. (Should hit 3/4 the way up on the creme brulee cups)
  6. Fill creme brulee cups 3/4 the way with mixture.
  7. Bake 325 for 45 min.
  8. Add 1 TBSP sugar to the top. Broil to harden it or you can torch it to make the sugar hard.
  9. Refrigerate more than 2 hours with plastic covering the tops.
