6. now on medium-high heat, in a nonstick skillet, add 1 1/2 tablespoon of butter, let butter melt and let the skellet get hot . u will need the other part of butter for the next hash brown.
7. add a handfull of potatoes into the hot skillet, fron the hash brown in a circle shape, let it brown on each side, for 4 minutes each side.
8. u can flip the hash brown on at the 4 minutes are up, if u want to cook it a little longer its up to u. i recommand 4 minutes on each side, but some heat is different.
9. now place on plate and salt and pepper to taste and serve.
