  1. Soak these Lentils for atleast 4-5 hours or better still overnight. I always do that for fluffier Pakoras and Medu Vadas. Grind to a smooth paste using as little water as possible.
  2. Add all the ingredients mentioned to this ground paste. Mix well and deep fry until done. Drop small balls into hot Oil and fry on a medium-high to high heat.
  3. Serve alongside any dip of your choice. Enjoy!
