Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Pressure cook the veggies in 1 cup water for 3-4 whistles. Heat oil in pan and saute the onion till light brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste and all the dry spices mixed with some water to form a paste. Saute till the oil separates.
  3. Then add the tomatoes and continue to fry till it is mashed.
  4. Add the boiled veggies & continue to simmer, mashing it simultaneously.
  5. When done, add some butter and mix well.
  6. Toast the pav halves in butter on a tawa.
  7. Enjoy this delicious dish of pav Bhaji, accompanied with chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and a dash of lime.
