  1. Prepare 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  2. Get 1 tbsp Fenugreek

  6. Prepare 1 bowl Amla chopped (gooseberry)
  7. Take 1 bowl coriander chopped

Steps to make Amla chutney:
  1. Heat mustard oil in a wok.add mustard seeds.now add methi,red chilli, green chilli,salt,urad dal, curry leaves,amla Chopped, turmeric powder.cook it till amla get soft. now turn off the flame.
  2. Now keep it for 10 min. Now grinde it with coriander leaves.
  3. Yummy Amla chutney ready.we can store it for one week.
