Continue with second layer.Then the top spread with reserved beaten fresh cream. With a spoon carefully pour the crushed biscuits
Now with the half mango make thin slices & overlap them, making like a flower.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Let it chill overnight, then serve chilled
