Get 2-3 pack crushed oreo
Take Chocolate coffee Ice cream Layer:
Get 1 1/2 pkts malt biscuits
Make ready 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
Make ready 300 ml thickened cream
Prepare 1 tsp Coffee
Prepare 1 Small Chocolate bar,roughly chopped or chocolate biscuits oreo
Take Cream Layer:
Get 1 pack Cream
Make ready 2 tbsp Icing Sugar
Instructions to make Custard Coffee Fudge:
First Macrowave Brownie cake Layer: Mix all ingredients properly then macrowave high temperature for 7-8 mins.
Custard Layer: 1) Heat 1 1/2 cup milk in a sauce pan. Add sugar stir until it dissolves.
2)Add 2tbsp Vanilla Custard powder in half cup milk and make a paste.
3)Add custard paste to boiling milk and cook while stirring until texture is thick.
4)Add 1/2 tsp coffee in the custard paste and mix it properly. Then turn off the stove and set aside to cool.
Chocolate coffee Ice cream Layer: 1) In a bowl, whip the cream, condensed milk & coffee together using a mixer until thick.
Roughly chop chocolate bars or biscuits and fold through cream and condensed milk mixture.
Freeze overnight. Cut into sections.
Cream Layer: Cream pack & icing SugarMix well pour on the Ice cream layer.
Cut brownie into square shape,decorate with your choice.
