  9. Take 1 tbspn oil
  10. Prepare 1/2 mustard seeds

Steps to make Coconut Chutney:
  1. Take coconut in a blender, add green chillies, tamarind,garlic and salt.
  2. Grind coarsely and add roasted gram.Grind to fine paste adding water.
  3. Heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds.
  4. After it cracks add urad dhal and curry leaves.
  5. This chutney can be serve thick like paste without tempering also. Pour over the chutney. Mix well and serve.
