  1. Slightly dry roast dhals and pressure cook along with rice.Chopped vegitables, grinde chilis, cumin seeds, pepper and ginger
  2. Heat the oil,saute onion, tomato add termeric, grinded paste, cooked dhal, water and bring to boil. Mix cooked rice add lemon juice-mix well. Garnish with cashews. Dhal kichadi is ready.
