  1. Wash and soak the whole urad dal and rajma for 5-6 hours and Pressure cook the soaked dals in 2 to 3 cups of water for 4 to 5 whistles
  2. Heat the oil in pan and add cumin seeds,bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick, green chillies and Tomato and cook until the tomato soft.after that off gas flame and cool down.now take mixture bowl add cook tomatoes add malai and crush it.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a pan and add tomato puree,all spices powder,salt and mix well,now add cooked daal and mix it and simmer for 5-6 minutes
  4. Once the Dal Makhani reaches your desired consistency, switch off the flame. Transfer Dal Makhani to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and cream.and serve the Jain Style Dal Makhani recipe along with lachcha Paratha
