Mash the dal with the hilp of potato masher,add all-purpose flour and mix.
Divide the dough into 10 parts,take one part,flatten it and put coconut powder and 1 raisin in the center,close it from all sides and make a ball.Make all balls like this.
Heat oil in a karahi,fry all the gulab jamuns in batches.Fry the gulab jamuns first in hot oil and then medium to low heat.
Put hot gulab jamuns directly in the sugar syrup.Leave it for 1 hour.
