Prepare 250 grams spilt yellow moon dal
Take 1/2 cup yoghurt

Firstly, clean, wash and soak the moon dal for 4 to 5 hours. Then, drain the water completely and add the soaked moong dal in a grinder. Grind it to a fine paste.
Once the moon dal paste is ready to add it to a large bowl. Add curd and adjust the consistency to thick.
Heat a pan add oil and mutter saute for 5minutes. Then add salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Keep the mutter aside.
Heat a flat bottom pan and grease it with oil. Pour the batter in small size or depending upon the size you want. Add mutter masala on the top of the batter and let it cook well until the base gets light golden brown colour.
Now flip it to other side cover the pan and cook until done.
Serve hot immediately with any chutney or sauce of your choice.
