  7. add the vanilla extract to the strained mixture.
  8. Divide the mixture between 4 containers.
  9. Cover the containers with plastic wrap.
  10. Refrigerate them for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  11. After the Panna Cotta are cold, they are ready to serve.
