  13. Dip each meat-coated egg in the beaten egg,it should cover the entire surface area
  14. Roll each egg into the breadcrumbs to coat completely
  15. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan to 180 degrees
  16. Carefully place each scotch egg into the hot oil
  17. Deep fry for 6-8 minutes, until golden and crisp
  18. The sausage-meat should be completely cooked
  19. Carefully,remove from the oil and drain on a greese proof paper
  20. Scotch eggs can be served hot,warm or cold
  21. Garnish and serve as a tea-item.
