The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
Take for stuffing
Make ready boiled potatoes
Get ginger chilli paste
Make ready red chilli powder
Prepare salt
Take black salt
Prepare turmeric powder
Prepare Hing/asafoetida
Prepare garam masala
Get dry mango powder
Get fennel seeds
Take Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Take oil
Take For dough
Make ready wheat flour
Make ready all-purpose flour

Prepare oil
Get ajwain/carom seeds
Take oil for frying
Instructions to make Samosa:
Knead the hard dough by mixing flour salt ajwain and oil-let it rest for 10mins
Mash the potatoes
Heat oil in a pan
Add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder hing red chilli powder and mix
Pour this to mashed potatoes
Add all the other spices and mix well
Add coriander leaves and mix.
Take a small portion of the dough and roll with rolling pin
Cut half and make cone…stick with some water
Put the stuffing and again seal with water.
Make all the samosas
Heat oil in a pan….put samosa when oil is hot…. keep it on medium flame for 2-3mins then fry on low flame till they become golden brown in colour or they become crisp.
You can air-fry this too.
