Get boiled potatoes
Take red chilli
Prepare chopped greenchilli
Prepare cumin seeds

Instructions to make Aloo Samosa:
Heat all whole spices (1/2 tsp cumin seeds used here) for few minutes & grinding it.
Heat a woke with oil…. tempting with Cardamon, cumin seeds and grated ginger. Added boiled potatoes, peas, chopped greenchilli & turmeric powder. Stirring it & frying it for few minutes.
Now let them cool…then added penuts & dry spices. Make a lil bit tight dough with all dough ingredients. Roll it as like my picture…cut it from middle.
Shape it like kone…. poured the mixture and sealed it. Fried them into deep frying oil.
At the end served them with Green Chutney
