Instructions to make Baby corn - Paneer Chilli Garlic:
Marinate the paneer cubes with red chilli powder and salt. Take a tbsp of cooking oil & panfry the paneer until it turns golden brown. Set it aside & in the same oil braise the baby corn slightly & keep it aside.
Take a frying pan and heat the remaining cooking oil in medium flame. Add the garlic, followed by ginger, green chillies, soaked red chilli (roughly cut), onions & saute well. Add in the capsicum and stir fry along with paneer & baby corn braised earlier. Saute well for 2 to 3 min in high flame. Add soy sauce and pepper powder. Add salt as required & switch off the flame.
Squeeze in 1 tbsp of lemon juice and give a good stir. Garnish with spring onion greens & garlic greens. Baby corn - paneer chilli garlic is ready to be served as an appetiser
