Get 1 tablespoon cornflour

Prepare 1/4 teaspoon green chilli paste

Steps to make Paneer kofta in spicy gravy:
Take all the masala ingredients in a pan and dry roast them on a medium flame. Till the coconut turns light brown. Remove it in a bowl and let it cool.
Now in the same pan heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add ginger,garlic, cashew and onions green chilli and saute for few minutes till the onions turn translucent. Add the tomatoes. And let it cook till soft.
Remove from flame and let it cool. Grind along with the roasted masala into a smooth paste
Now heat the remaining oil in a pan and add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and add the grounded gravy. Cook it till oil leaves from edges,then add water to make it a little thin consistency if too thick. Add salt as per taste. Keep it aside
For the kofta, grate paneer and boiled potato in a mixing bowl. Add 1 tablespoon cornflour and all the ingredients for kofta and make a soft dough ready. Make small sized balls and dust them with little cornflour so that they are crispy from outside.
On a medium flame heat the frying oil. Add the kofta slowly and fry them till dark golden brown on medium flame.
All is ready now its time to plate. Serve the kofta in plate and spread the hot gravy over them to cover the koftas completely. Also you can give additional oil tadka with some red chilli powder in it at the time of serving.
