Instructions to make Aloo Samosa:
Take a pan & add 1 tsp oil in it then add 1 tsp cumin seeds in it.Now add ginger garlic chilli paste in it & sauted it for a while.
Then add boiled pea in it & add salt, turmeric,red chilli powder in it & sauted for a while.Finally add mashed boiled potatoes & mix all ingredients completely.Add some chopped coriander to it also.Your stuffing is ready.Keep it aside so it comes at room temperature.
Now knead maida by adding salt,oil & Carammon seeds in it by adding water slowly in it. Now make its equal sized balls & roll them & cut into two pieces with help of knife.
Fill stuffing in it & bind it's edges with water & give it shape of samosa.Prepare all by this method.
Now fry them on medium- low until they become golden brown. Strain them.
Samosas are ready.Serve them with red sauce.
