Prepare . Tomato
Take . Green pea
Get . Green chilli
Prepare . Onion
Get . Garlic
Prepare . Gringer
Prepare . Coriander leaves

Steps to make Samosa:
Make the dough in a large mixing bowl, mix flow and salt. Add the oil and then start mixing. Start adding water, little by little and mix to form a stiff dough, cover the dough and let rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile make the filling rough chop/mash boil potatoes, set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan, add cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala, cook for 30-60 sec to realesed the flavours. Add crushed garlic, gringer paste, chopped green chilli and cook for 1 min. Add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 min, add chopped potatoes and green peas and salt, cook for 4-5 min.
Turn the heat off, add chopped coriander leaves, stir well and set aside to cool, shaped the samosas, and try for 4-5min. Until golden and crisp, the samosa is ready,,,,,serve with your favourite sauce.
