  1. Take chopped mango and blend it in to the blender and make puree.
  2. Take curd in a bowl, add mango purée and mix it well. Now add powdered sugar,salt and mix it well. Now add chopped mango.
  3. Take 2 Tsp ghee in a frying, when ghee is hot, to mustard seed, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Now put red dry chillies, curry leaves and sauté for a while and put he takda in the Raita. Now it is ready to serve.
