Get 2 cups fresh cream
Get 1 clove
Prepare 7-8 black pepper
Get 1 inch cinnamon
Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions to make Malai kofta ππ:
All koftas item mix well and make a dough and make a same size balls then fry in hot oil.
Take a pan and add some little oil and add all curry ing.. lile bay leves ginger garlic cashue bl pepper clove cardmon cinemon onion tomato… Then coverd the pan five to six min.. After 6 min all ing take out the plate n leave the bay leaf in the plate. Then all ing churn the mixer n make a paste.
Take a anouther pan n add some oil then oil is hot add 1spoon cumin seed then add paste. Then paste n oil r seprated then add corriender chilly n turmeric powder and salt. Then mix well. Add some fresh cream and add all kofta.
Coverd five min.sprinkle some corriender leaves and serve with hot chapaties n paratha. ππ
