  3. Now add salt, turmeric, half spoon soda, half lemon juice, 1 spoon oil & mix well gently.
  4. Make steamer ready with greased plate. - - * Finally Add 1 Satchet Eno - Lime flavor.
  5. Finally Add 1 Satchet Eno - Lime flavor. - - * Atonce pour batter in plate.
  6. First 5 minutes flame high then next 15 minutes flame medium. - - * Steamed Dhoklaa ready.
  7. TADKAA :- - Heat 1tbsp oil, - Add 3-4 splitted green chillies, - Add 1 spoon mustard seeds, - Add some curry leaves - Pour the tadkaa on steamed dhoklaa.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves, - Ready to get served/attacked. 😊
