The ingredients needed to make Portuguese Hake:
  1. Take 1 box hake medallions
  2. Make ready Salt and pepper (to taste)
  3. Make ready 1 Tbsp butter
  4. Take 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. Make ready 6 Tbsp Amina's Portuguese marinade
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup fresh cream
  7. Prepare Dried parsley (garnish)
Instructions to make Portuguese Hake:
  1. Defrost and gently squeeze water out between flat palms. - Season with pinch salt and pepper and fry with a drizzle of oil till almost done. Remove from pan.
  2. Add butter to pan, saute garlic, then add in marinade and heat through. - Add in cream and bring to boil.
  3. Add fish into the pan and allow sauce to thicken. - When serving, pour extra sauce in a gravy boat and serve alongside the fish. - (Do not add any salt, lemon or chillies to sauce as it's very well seasoned already.)
