Take 750 gm Beef cubes

Prepare 1/2 cup Ketchup
Get 1/4 cup Chilli sauce
Make ready 2 Tbsp Vinegar
Take 2 tbsp Brown sugar
Get 1 tsp Ginger paste
Prepare 1 tsp Salt(to taste)
Make ready 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
Get 1/4 tsp White Pepper
Take 1/4 tsp Oregano
Make ready 2-3 Tbsp Cornflour
Make ready Topping
Take 1 Capsicum
Get 1 Onion
Prepare 2-3 Pineapple rings
Make ready 2 Potatoes for Crinkle Fries
Prepare 6-8 Mushrooms(optional)
Get 3-4 Cheese slices
Take 1 tbsp Olives green & black
Take Mozarella cheese (optional)
Steps to make Sweet & Sour Cheesy Kababs:
Take beef,ginger,garlic,button red chillies,termuric in a pot with 2-3 cups water & let it cook till beef is tender.wash & soak Chanadaal for sometime. Add in pot with slice onion +1 cup water.let it get soft only(no need to dry water)
When both beef & daal is tender add together.give well mixing.let it cool.
Add salt,all spice powder in beef & grind
Mix oil in kabab mix.shape kababs in oval elongated like Gola kabab.I made 19 kababs from kabab mix with 750gm beef.depending on size 18-20 kababs can be made.
Shallow fry kababs in open pan. Try to move pan to shuft or roll kababs with minimum use of spoon.plx do not over crowd the pan.fry to beautiful golden brown colour.
Make sauce.blanch ripe red tomatoes till skin peels off. Blend to smooth paste
Add all seasoning in tomato paste.give quick boil.make cornflour slury by mixing cornflour in water & add in sauce.stir at liw-medium flame till sauce gets slightly thick.
Fry crinkle fries to crisp golden colour.sprinkle some salt.cut onion in thick round rings.cut cspsicum in round rings.I use whole mushroom to stuff in between pineapple rings & slice some as well.
Now assemble the dish.take an oven proof dish preferably glass one(tuns & trays can be use as well)grease dish with drop of oil place kababs in it.I place 10 kababs 5 in each row.pour over red sauce.top with capsicum, onion,pineapple rings,whole & slice mushroom,crinkle fries, olives slices.place cheese slices at top.usually I cover full dish with cheese slices but to show full picture here use 3 slices here only.
Preheat oven.grate some mozareela cheese over.place the dish in oven,give top heat(3-5min) just to melt the cheese & have some beautiful colour at top.
