  1. Blanch vegetables with 1 tsp salt and 1/4cup water
  2. To prepare sauce, heat butter add flour and mix stirring continuously. Do not let the colour change.
  3. Remove the pan from fire and add milk. Mix well. Return to fire and stir continuously till sauve becomes thick
  4. Add salt pepper and tomato ketchup to it.
  5. Mix blanched vegetables and also the water in sauce. Add salt if required. Cook till the sauce coats the vegies well.
  6. Remove from fire and mix cheese.
  7. Transfer it in a borosil pot or dish. Sprinkle grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a hot oven at 200 deg.C, till golden brown for about 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and serve hot.
