  1. Get 250 gm amla/gooseberry
  2. Make ready 400 gm sugar
  3. Take as needed Water to boil
  4. Take 1/4 TSP black salt
  5. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper Powder
  6. Make ready 1 tsp small green cardamom powder
Instructions to make Amla Muraba:
  1. Wash and dip amla overnight
  2. Next day make holes in amla with help of fork
  3. Boil water and then pour amla in it and off the gas.
  4. Drain water after 10mins and then let it dry for next 30-40mins
  5. Heat wok and add half cup water and sugar to make chashni. And then add amla in it and stir.
  6. When it turn golden brown turn gass off. Now add all spices and mix. Pour it in glass jar.
  7. It's ready to serve in 2 days
