The ingredients needed to make Amla Chutney:
  1. Take 2 amla (Indian gooseberry)
  2. Get Handful coriander leaves
  3. Prepare 1 Spring onion
  4. Make ready 2 Green chillies
  5. Take 1/2 lemon
  6. Make ready to taste Salt
  7. Take 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
Steps to make Amla Chutney:
  1. Wash amla. Cut it roughly. Remove it’s seed. Wash other vegetables. Chop spring onion roughly.
  2. In a mixer jar add amla, green chilli, spring onion and coriander leaves. Grind it to make smooth paste.
  3. Transfer it in a bowl. Add salt, cumin powder and lemon juice. Mix it well.
