Eik pot mienoil dalien, chicken, ginger garlic paste, black pepper or salt dalien, 2 min pkany k baad yogurt puree daalien, sath hi red chilli powder, coriander powder or haldi daal mix krein. Or cover kr k 10 min pakny dien.
Jb gosht gall jaye to bhoon lien oil oper aa jaye to Bombay chicken ready hai.
Banarsi Daal ☆ Moong daal or masoor daal, dono ko pani k sath eik pot mien dalien red chilli powder, haldi powder or salt daal kr pakny. Itni dair pkayein jb daalien ghull mill jayein. Jb daal ghull jaye to amchoor or qasoori methi dal dein.
Pan mien oil daal kr lehson chopped dalien or zeera daalin lehson brown ho jaye to daal mien tardka lgaa dein. Madrasi daal ready hai.
Chinese Macaroni ☆ eik pan mien oil dalien garlic or sliced onions daal kr soutay krein phir Aaloo ko mattarr daal kr itna pkayein k dono vegetables gall jayein. Cumin seeds,salt and black pepper daalien.
Chicken pieces or boiled macaroni daal kr mix krein, soya sauce or red crushed chilli daal kr 1 min pkayein. Chinese macaroni ready hai.
