Baked Cheesecake is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Baked Cheesecake is something which I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Baked Cheesecake:
  1. Get 2 Eggs (large)
  2. Take 4 tbsp Sugar (caster sugar)
  3. Make ready 3 tbsp Flour (cake flour)
  4. Take 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. Take 200 ml Heavy cream
  6. Get 200 grams Cream cheese
Steps to make Baked Cheesecake:
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender. Mix to a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into cups. Fill them up 70-80%.
  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ (338 F) for 30 minutes. Insert a skewer in a cake and if it comes out clear, it is ready. If you would like them to be a little more golden, bake them for another 5 minutes.
  4. Cool them on a wire rack, then put them in the fridge to chill. You can also enjoy them half frozen.
  5. If you use an 18 cm round pan, the height will be around 2 cm. This picture shows cheese cake served with my favourite blueberry jam.
