  1. Wash the moong dal properly and pressure cook it with garlic, grated ginger, chopped tomato and pepper cons for 2-3 whistles.
  2. In a pan heat ghee add cumin, green chillies and curry leaves, let it splutter. Add cooked and mashed dal, add water to make it soup like consistency and let it boil
  3. Meanwhile add salt, sugar, cumin powder, pepper powder and boil for some time.. Put off the flame and add lemon juice, mix well and server hot.
