  2. Chop vegetables, wrap herbs in a cotton to make a bundle
  3. Heat the oil in a pot and fry chopped leek and garlic for 2-3 min
  4. Add all vegetables and the water and cook until soft
  5. Take out bundle of herbs and blend the soup
  6. Add salt pepper and vinegar to your taste
  7. Serve with roasted sunflower seeds, crème fraiche and chopped parsley
