  1. Clean the shells well, remove beard. Fry garlic gently in oil for a few mins in medium heat
  2. Add seafood, turn up on high, add wine and leave to evaporate. Cover for 2-3 mins
  3. Add prawns, cook for another 2 mins. Then add all the tomatoes. Stir well and cook on medium high until all shells have opened. Add parsley and serve :)
