  3. Heat up palm oil, poured chopped onions and fry for about 1 minute, then add the washed locust bean and stir for another 1 minute. Add the rinsed fried fish
  4. Pour in the blended bell pepper/habanero/onion mix and stir. Add salt and seasoning cubes. Cook the pepper mix until reduced to a loose paste
  5. Add the Egusi paste in lumps to the pepper mixture and cook on low heat
  6. When the egusi begins to stick to the pot, stir and fry the it for about 5 mins, stir more frequently to prevent burning
  7. Add the meat stock. Taste and Adjust the seasoning. Allow to cook for for another 10 mins
  8. Add the fried meats and stir
  9. Add the chopped vegetable, turn off heat and slow residual heat cook the vegetable
  10. Serve with any swallow food of choice
