  1. Soak the dhal at night and cook till 4 whistles come and then add salt and cool it. Now put ghee in a pan, then mustard seeds cumin and fennel turmeric powder all chopped with half a teaspoon and a pinch of hing onion and cook well with ginger garlic paste. Then add clean cauliflower and cook with salt. Now add the cooked lentils and all the masala and add water and cook it for 5 minutes. Add the flames and roasted Kasuri methi.
