Steps to make Dhaba Style Daal Mash:
  1. Take a bowl add 1cup Daal mash and soaked it for 10-15m or until masala done
  2. Now prepare all veggies onion,tomatoes, green chilli chopped all those things and keep a sides
  3. Now take a wok add 4-5tbls oil heat it then add chopped Onion bonify it then add garlic and ginger paste
  4. Little bit bonify it again
  5. Then add chopped chilli and tomatoes rest it on heat until tomatoes become soft then add all spices set it according to your taste
  6. Mix it very well and bonify all masala for 4-5m or until oil separate from masala
  7. Then add soaked Daal mash stir it and again bonify all things very well when aromas release then add 1 and half cup water and keep it on low flame 20-30m or until Daal become soft/ tender
  8. Meanwhile prepare egg for garnish and chilli take a sauce pan add 2cup water bring it to boil then add egg and boil it for 10 almost its done in 10m then peel off it and make slices
  9. Afer 20m -25m your daal is almost done dish out it in Mud pot garnish it with boiled egg some sliced green chilli and some black pepper powder
