  8. Let the pears cool completely and them refrigerate them covered until served
  9. For plating 1 serve: add about 2 tablespoon (or more) of chocolate sauce in a plate
  10. Place a pear over it and add vanilla Icecream as well
  11. Garnish with mint or a sliced berry if desired
  12. Serve right away. Enjoy
