  2. Make ready 2 Green chillies

Instructions to make Basic Dal:
  1. Wash dal nicely in running cold water for around 3 to 5 times. - - In pressure cooker add washed dal, turmeric. Cook until dal become very soft and mushy stage.
  2. Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds. Once mustard seeds crackled add green chillies, curry leaves and hing. - - Pour this over cooked dal. - #mycookbook
