The ingredients needed to make Tender Coconut Panna Cotta:
  1. Take 1 litre Tender Coconut water
  2. Take 3-4 tbsp Agar-agar stalks chopped
  3. Take 1/4 cup Sugar
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp each dry Melon Seeds and Watermelon Seeds
  5. Take 2 tbsp Dry Coconut pieces
Instructions to make Tender Coconut Panna Cotta:
  1. First of all soak Agar-agar strands in a cup of water. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Bring it to a rolling boil on a high heat at first. Then lower the heat and let it dissolve completely. It will take around 8-10 minutes.
  3. Heat Coconut water and Sugar until just hot. Add this Agar agar mix to it. Strain it if desired. But it's not needed at all. You can add it directly. But take care that it should be dissolved completely as you can see in the picture. Also add both the Seeds. Mix well and let it cool down before refrigerating it.
  4. Cover it and refrigerate until set. Slice and enjoy with some dry Coconut chopped on top. Or as it is. It tastes so very awesome. Yum!
