  1. Macaroni, Boil the macaroni with full cream milk and add a pinch of salt….let it boil until it's soft and drain some milk leaving only a little behind…add 4 table spoons of powder milk and mix till it's thick and remove from stove
  2. Meat, Boil the meat in water that has spice and remove when it starts to fry
  3. Potato Salad, Boil 4 potatoes and 6 eggs…after boil let cool and slice both in a bowl…sprinkle salt and pepper and parsley and cover with mayonnaise and leave in the fridge
  4. Carrots, slice 2 carrots and boil them till soft…before pouring out the water add a spice of your choice and leave it to fry
  5. Green Salad, Slice tomato, cucumber, Onion, lettuce I'm a bowl mix and garnish with salt and pepper and some vinegar
  6. Spinach, chop spinach and boil in full cream milk and and when soft add cheese and leave to fry
  7. Gravy, fry onion and add spices and grated tomato and same tomato sauce…cook for 2 minutes and remove from the stove.
