The ingredients needed to make Scotch eggs:
  1. Take eggs
  2. Get all purpose flour
  3. Make ready Sausages
  4. Prepare Bread crams
  5. Prepare Salt
  6. Get Cooking oil
Steps to make Scotch eggs:
  1. Boil 5eggs, after boiling let them cool for 3min in a cold water. Gently crack shell and peel under cold water
  2. Place flour Ina bowl and divide sausage in to a equal portion.. Pat portion of sausage into a thin patty over the length of a palm
  3. Lay soft boiled eggs on top of sausage and wrap sausage around eggs
  4. Whisky remaing eggs in a bowl to blend wrapped egg at a time, deep eggs into flour.
  5. In a pan, put cooking oil, in a medium heat, fry eggs turning occasionally until sausage is cooked through and breading is gold brown and crisp for about 3 to 5 min
  6. Season with salt and serve with kachumbari, tea or juice
