  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds once crackels add asefetida, green chillies, grated ginger than add onion saute it till transparent than add tamatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well and saute them till oil is separated..
  2. Than add the crumbled paneer and mix it well.. Cook it for 2-4 minutes add amchur powder and garam masala mix them.. Paneer bhuji is ready to serve.. Add corriander leaves for garnishing.. Serve and enjoy it with chappatis..
