Make Mutton Stock
Grind the spices in the mixer Grinder to make a powder
Take Masala powders for the Gravy
Slice the onions
Heat the Pan & Take Ghee & mustard oil in it. Add the onions & Ginger Garlic paste to it. Fry it till golden light brown.
Now add the Mutton stock over it & fry it for 15mins in Medium to low Flame
Add slowly all the spices, grinded powder& Curd to it
Now cook on low flame for almost 35 mins & cover the pan.
We need the Mutton to be very Tender. So if the Mutton doesn't become tender Please transfer it to Pressure cooker & cook for more 10 mins.
