Instructions to make Stir fry vegetables:
  1. In a bowl add cornflour and to it add water. Add soya sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Mix well.keep aside.
  2. Now heat the non-stick pan and add oil and add ginger garlic. Cut and wash all colourful vegetables.
  3. Stir fry the ginger garlic. Now add carrot, broccoli and baby corn which takes much time to cook. When they slightly cook add capsicum and beans.
  4. Saute on high flame for few seconds. Now add Mushrooms, onion cubs and paneer cubs.
  5. Toss everything well sprinkling salt, oregano and chilli flakes.
  6. Now add soya sauce and cornflour mixture. Stir everything well to combine all the flavours.
  7. Now switch off the flame and serve the coloured and coated veggies hot garnish with spring onion greens.
